Harry Potter-Inspired Butterbeer Milkshake Recipe

To celebrate today's official opening of Diagon Alley 
at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Universal Studios, Orlando,
I created a Butterbeer Milkshake for all of you Harry Potter fans.
You'll get the sweet taste of butterscotch
along with the zing of cream soda
in this easy-to-make, delicious shake.

Butterbeer Milkshake Recipe
*serves 1

Ingredients:

4 scoops homestyle vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup cream soda (if not available, use club soda or carbonated water)
3 tablespoons butterscotch syrup (found near ice cream toppings)
whipped cream
butterscotch chips


Directions:

Scoop ice cream into blender pitcher. Add cream soda and butterscotch syrup. Blend on high until light and frothy. Pour into glass. Pile on whipped cream. Drizzle a bit more of the butterscotch syrup on top. Finish off with a sprinkle of butterscotch chips. Enjoy while watching your favorite Harry Potter movie (or all of them)!!
