*makes 48 ounces
32 ounces frozen strawberries, with sugar (thawed)
16 ounces heavy whipping cream
3 ounces plain yogurt
2 ounces sour cream
fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
chocolate wafer cookies for garnish (optional)
Pour thawed strawberries and heavy whipping cream into blender pitcher. Add yogurt and sour cream. Blend on low until well combined and creamy. Place in refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
Pour into serving bowls and garnish with fresh berries and/or cookies. Drop a few dollops of leftover yogurt onto surface of soup. Run through center of dollops with a wooden skewer or toothpick to make heart shapes (optional). Serve immediately.
