Disney's done it again!
They've turned an ordinary cookie into a Magic Cookie Bar.
This tasty treat is packed full of: chocolate, butterscotch, coconut
and much, much more!

and now you can make it at home
following this incredibly easy recipe.
Magic Cookie Bars from Disney's Wilderness Lodge
*makes 6 giant cookie bars (or 12 small ones)
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 and 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
multi-colored confetti sprinkles (optional)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (for glass pans) or 350 degrees F (for metal).
Place stick of butter into 9x13-inch pan and place in preheated oven until completely melted.
Remove from oven and carefully swirl so the butter covers sides of pan.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter. Spread evenly with a spatula.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over graham cracker layer. Spread evenly.
Sprinkle a layer of coconut over the top, followed by a layer of nuts, chocolate chips and butterscotch. Using a spatula, pat the toppings down into the bottom layers.
Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with sprinkles (optional). Let cool completely until they are firm to the touch.
Cut into 6 large squares (or 12 small) with a sharp knife. Serve and enjoy!!
