Steak Baguette Sandwich with Garlic Herb Butter Recipe from "Be Our Guest" Restaurant in Magic Kingdom

A little over a week ago, I was at Magic Kingdom's
"Be Our Guest" Restaurant in New Fantasyland
enjoying this delicious steak sandwich.
I thought I'd bring the "magic" to you by
recreating this recipe.
Be Our Guest: Steak Baguette Sandwich with Garlic Herb Butter Recipe
*serves 4
4 thin-cut top sirloin steaks
Kosher salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened to room temperature
1 teaspoon basil
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped finely
steak seasoning
2 long baguettes
baby kale or greens
diced tomato, optional
Sprinkle each steak with Kosher salt. Cover with plastic wrap or place in large freezer bags and set in fridge to marinate 1 hour.
While steaks are marinating, make herb butter. Place softened butter into a small bowl. Add in the teaspoon of basil and mix well. Finely chop the garlic clove and mix in. Set aside.
Remove steaks from fridge and rinse under cold water to remove excess salt. Sprinkle both sides with steak seasoning.
Preheat griddle or pan. Place a dollop of the herb butter on the griddle and spread around. Place steaks on top of the melted butter and cook on both sides until browned.
While the steaks are cooking, you can prepare the baguettes. Estimate the length of the steaks and cut a slice of bread for each sandwich. Then cut the bread lengthwise down the middle. Open them flat and spread the herb butter on each. Bake face-up on a foil-lined baking sheet at 400 degrees for 4-5 minutes.
To assemble, take one of the toasted baguette halves, top with greens and diced tomato (optional). Now lay a steak over the greens and top with the remaining baguette half. Do this for each sandwich.
The restaurant serves the sandwich with a side of Pommes Frites (Fries), so I purchased a bag of frozen "house-cut" fries I found at my local Walmart. They were thin fries with a bit of potato peel still on them, very much like the ones they served at "Be Our Guest". You can bake them in the oven or fry them in cooking oil according to package directions.
Here is a pic of the original version served at "Be Our Guest":
And here is my recreation:
