I thought I'd share some pics of the souven"ears" I purchased on my recent trip to Disney World:
Alice in Wonderland Mug
Pirates of the Caribbean Mug
Mad Hatter Mug
More Kitchen Tools
The Disney Diner!
Slotted Spoon, Large Cookie Cutter, Dishwasher Magnet
New Measuring Spoons
These ones are so much cuter than the older version I have!
Silicone Mickey Cake Pan
Think I'll use this for a giant Rice Krispies Treat!
Water Sports Bottle
I found this on our check-out day at Pop Century.
It had been marked down to only $5.99!
I LOVE the Cinderella one!
I buy a new photo album with the year on every visit. ;)
My mom surprised me with these
I like that they are a headband and not a hat.
They felt really secure on my head.
I picked up this book in Epcot's France Pavilion.
I've always wanted to learn French!
The only thing I love more than Disney
The Wizard of Oz.
I found this cool book in the gift shop
after the Backlot Tour.
It's a Scanimation Book and when you turn the pages
the images move like a movie.
This is the card that was left in our room one morning,
congratulating us on 20 years of marriage.
We also received a phone call
from Mickey & Minnie. :)
We also got these buttons to wear all week.
Mine is a little beat up from my pin lanyard
and camera strap.
It made our trip extra special
because everywhere we went
we were told "Happy Anniversary"
by the cast members.
The ornament below was given to us by
Liberty Tree Tavern.
We were eating there for lunch on our anniversary
and our server presented us with a white box.
We thought maybe a cupcake was inside.
What a total surprise
when we found this!
Here is another ornament
I purchased at the Days of Christmas Store
in Downtown Disney.
I didn't care for the design of the 2013 ornament,
so I picked one on my own.
This silver Mickey head is plain but it's a jingle bell and
reminds me of The Polar Express.
Here is the souvenir mug
we got when we purchased
LeFou's Brew at Gaston's Tavern
in New Fantasyland.
One side has Gaston...
...the other, the Beast.
I love this cookie jar!
It has Sally from
The Nightmare before Christmas
and Deadly Nightshade on the other.
You'll remember this if you've
seen the movie.
Since I already have a Mickey cookie jar,
I use it to store my ground coffee.
And now here is my FAVORITE souvenir!
We were in Epcot's Japan Pavilion
and discovered you could pick an oyster (for $17).
There is an entire ceremony as they open it
to find your pearl (sometimes two) inside.
After they clean it, you can take it as it is,
or have them set it in a piece of jewelry they offer
for purchase in their case.
This is the (sterling silver) setting I picked:
Isn't it beautiful!
I LOVE IT!
Thank you Jason! <3
Well, I hope you've enjoyed this
stroll through my souvenir pics.
