Be Our Guest Restaurant (Fast Casual) Lunch Menu

Beginning November 19, 2012, guests can dine in one of three

Beauty and the Beast themed dining rooms:

The West Wing, The Rose Gallery and Ballroom

Disney Dining Plan: One (1) Quick Service Entitlement (during lunch hours)

Soups

French Onion Soup
Potato Leek Soup


Entrees

Tuna Nicoise Salad: warm seared tuna steak with chilled green beans, potatoes, olives,
roasted bell peppers, tomatoes and hard boiled eggs


Carved Turkey Sandwich: served warm on a baguette with dijon mayonnaise, tomatoes
and hard boiled eggs


Croque Monsieur: grilled sandwich of carved ham, gruyere cheese and bechamel with pommes frites


Grilled Steak Sandwich: with garlic butter spread and pommes frites


Quinoa, Shallot and Chive Salad: with green beans, potatoes, olives, roasted bell peppers
and tomatoes


Vegetable Quiche: mushroom, zucchini, bell pepper, onion and chive quiche


Braised Pork (Coq Au Vin Style): eight-hour slow-cooked pork with mushrooms, onions, carrots and bacon, served with mashed potatoes and green beans jardiniere




Desserts

Strawberry Cream Cheese Cupcake: vanilla sponge cake, strawberry mousse filling
and cream cheese icing


Triple Chocolate Cupcake: chocolate sponge cake, chocolate mousse filling
and chocolate ganache


Lemon Meringue Cupcake: vanilla sponge cake, lemon custard filling
and flamed meringue icing with crunch


Chocolate Cream Puff: filled with chocolate mousse topped with whipped cream


Passion Fruit Cream Puff: filled with passion fruit mousse topped with whipped cream


Lemon-Raspberry Cream Puff (gluten-free and no sugar added): filled with lemon custard




For Guests Ages 9 and Under

Carved Turkey Sandwich: on multigrain bread with sweet potatoe wedges
and peach applesauce


Roasted Pulled Pork: with sauteed green beans and mashed sweet potatoes


Mickey Meatloaf: turkey meatloaf with broccoli florets and zucchini,
served with carrot catsup


Seared Mahi Mahi: with finger salad and peach applesauce


Whole-Grain Macaroni: topped with marinara sauce and mozzarelle



Dessert

Strawberry Cream Cheese Cupcake: vanilla sponge cake, strawberry mousse filling
and cream cheese icing


Triple Chocolate Cupcake: chocolate sponge cake, chocolate mousse filling
and chocolate ganache


Lemon Merinque Cupcake: vanilla sponge cake, lemon custard fillling,
flamed meringue icing and crunch
