Port Orleans Riverside Resort: Key Lime Pie Recipe

   Since today is National Pie Day, I'd thought I'd share a recipe for one of Disney's delicious pies. Enjoy!

Port Orleans Riverside Resort: Key Lime Pie
*makes 1 (9-inch) pie


1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
3 - 4 ounces key lime juice (depends on taste)
4 ounces heavy cream
9" graham cracker pie shelle
1 lime, sliced thin
Whipped cream


   In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and egg yolks with an electric mixer. Add in key lime juice and blend well. Slowly mix in the heavy cream. Pour into the graham cracker shell and bake at 350-degrees for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before placing in refrigerator. Chill at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream and lime slices before serving.
